| DBS (Disclosure & Barring Service) You will most likely already hold a current DBS check if you have worked with other agencies or via your employer if you are employed on a permanent basis. If your DBS is registered on the Update Service, then please provide us with the necessary information so we can download an update online. |
| Occupational Health Fitness to Work Certification Sirona Medical’s Compliance Officers will request that you send us your Immunisation records and Laboratory reports and you will also need to complete a Health Questionnaire. We will send this securely to a Occupational Health company who will review and then issue you with a valid fit to work certificate which is required by a large majority of our clients. |
| Mandatory Training Certificate You will most likely already have been on an annual Mandatory Training Course, please forward us a copy of your certificate. This needs to be renewed annually. We can book you onto a course regardless of where you live in the UK as there are training centres in most cities within the UK. |
