Cerebral Palsy Support Worker needed in Chippenham. Supporting a female in her mid 20's. She is a very active, fun-loving young lady that enjoys doing various activities throughout the week. She communicates using a mix of speech and Makaton (sign language), though she hears and understands spoken word perfectly and makes herself understood. She would love to become an active member of her local community.

Working Hours: 24/7 care - shifts range from 12 hour days and 12 hour nights. you will be working in a team.

- Experience in complex care
- Assist with personal hygiene, daily activities, mobility and meal prep
- Medication administration
- Ability to work independently and part of a team and communicate with healthcare professionals

£15.00 - £16.00ph
