Carer - Littlehampton

GA-18092424 West Sussex £15.00 / Hour

- Carer HCA needed
- 51-year-old female who requires 24-hour support as she lives in her own home in Littlehampton
- 1:1 support
- Shifts are 08:30 – 20:30 every Thursday and Saturday (The carer should also have the flexibility to cover additional shifts during annual leave as and when required)
- We are looking for a carer who can provide 1:1 support to an individual with the following clinical needs:
- Refractory epilepsy secondary to oligodendroglioma (brain tumors)
- Mild learning disability
- Left-sided hemiplegia (caused by CVA/stroke)
- Spinal stenosis
- Frontal lobe damage
- Osteoporosis
- Behavior plan in place
- Frequent seizures and issues with unsteadiness
- Personal care
