Position: Care Worker

About Us:
We are a leading care agency providing dedicated and compassionate support to a range of care homes across Norfolk. With several homes across the county, we are looking for skilled and reliable Agency Care Workers to join our team and support our clients with high-quality care.
Key Responsibilities:

- Provide compassionate care to residents, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
- Assist with personal care tasks such as washing, dressing, feeding, and toileting.
- Support with mobility, transfers, and the use of any necessary equipment.
- Promote residents' dignity, privacy, and independence at all times.
- Maintain accurate care records and report any changes in a resident’s condition.
- Work as part of a dedicated team, liaising with other healthcare professionals where required.
- Follow all care plans and protocols to ensure the safety and well-being of residents.
- Offer support during long day shifts, waking nights, and sleep-in shifts, depending on your availability.

What We Are Looking For:

- Minimum 6 months of experience in a UK-based care role.
- A compassionate and caring attitude towards vulnerable adults.
- Ability to work flexibly and independently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A valid DBS check (we can assist with this if necessary).
- Reliability and punctuality are essential.
