Sirona Medical can offer you a full support package with your personal development which will guide you through the revalidation process which is critically important.

Nursing and Midwifery Revalidation

Sirona Medical’s Nurses are able to conduct appraisals on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis and we produce our own certification to confirm that the appraisals have been completed which you can keep for your revalidation and they can also advise you on what other information you should retain to assit you during the revalidation process.

Doctor Revalidation

The General Medical Council expects the vast majority of Doctors to complete in full their revalidation by March 2016. If you are a GMC registered Doctor you are legally required to revalidate and this is usually expected every five years.

Appraisal & Revalidation

To revalidate successfully, it is essential that you have a yearly appraisal but Sirona Medical complete bi-annual appraisals (two per year) as we believe this to be best practice. We issue certificates for the 6 month and annual appraisal which you can use during your revalidation and this is completely free of charge to you.
