Our client, a well established and award winning in healthcare industry, are currently seeking to recruit an experienced Admin Assistant to provide comprehensive administration service to clients and intermediaries whilst providing support to more junior members of the team.
You will be the first point of contact for all client and provider queries and issues as they arise and you will be expected to have the skills and knowledge to understand what actions are required to meet the expectations of all parties.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As an Admin Assistant in the healthcare industry, you will carry out a range of responsibilities to help us deliver the quality care and support our residents deserve. In this varied role, we will need you to answer the phone, handle our files and support our managers. You will also meet and greet visitors, engage with residents and show prospective clients and their families around so they can see what makes us so different.
ABOUT YOU
We are looking for a professional, reliable and hardworking individual with experience within administration.
If you have the ability to multi-task, good computer skills and a confident telephone manner, you could be well-suited to the Admin Assistant role with us. It is also important that you are a people person – you will take a genuine interest in our residents and their families. You must be able to use your initiative to complete tasks to a high standard within a timely manner and honest and ethical, as you will be required to demonstrate these organisations values in everything you do.
What you will need to succeed:

- Eligibility to work in UK;
- Clean DBS;
- Good attitude, punctuality, good communication skills
